Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Purekure. Rest assured, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will do whatever’s necessary to make sure of that. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

Returns or refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of order.

Items that were promotional, deeply discounted, or part of a bundle may be subject to special return rules (for instance, a refund only up to the discounted price, or exchange rather than full refund).

2. How to Request a Return / Refund

Contact us at info@purekure.com with your order number, the product name(s), and a brief reason for return.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions (e.g. return shipping address).

Once you get approval and the product is received we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged on arrival), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

The item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving return approval from us.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Exchanges & Replacements

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a defective or incorrect item, with supporting photos.

For exchanges, follow the same return process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider.

If you still don’t see the refund after 5 days, contact us at info@purekure.com with your order details.

7. Policy Modifications & Legal Compliance

Purekure reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

This policy is subject to the consumer protection laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate; if local laws provide greater rights, those will prevail over this policy.
