Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout using USPS live rates. Customers can select their preferred option from the available USPS services, including but not limited to:
USPS First Class Mail (typically 3–5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (typically 1–2 business days)
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and not guaranteed. Purekure is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the live USPS rates for your package weight, dimensions, and destination.
International Shipping
International orders are also shipped using USPS International Services, with live rates calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.
You can monitor your shipment directly through the USPS website or tracking portal.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purekure.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to investigate and resolve the issue.
For incorrect items received, please reach out to us immediately and we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Purekure is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
